Terms of Service

By accessing or using the KnowFly.Zone app (also referred to as "KnowFly", "The Know Fly Zone", "Know Fly Zone", or "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use this App.
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You must create a username that complies with our community standards (no abusive, offensive, or inappropriate terms).
• We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts with usernames that violate these standards.
• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, offensive content, or abusive behavior.
• Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate gameplay or token systems.
• Use multiple fake accounts for unfair advantages (e.g., referrals, farming answers).
• Spam, advertise, or use the App for commercial purposes without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any violation.

• The App offers free access with ads, as well as paid tiers (e.g., Ad-Free, Premium, Token Packs, and future Ultra Premium memberships).
• Prices and features may change at any time.
• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued, except where required by law or platform rules (Apple App Store, Google Play).
• Payments are processed securely by Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on platform.

• Free users will see ads as part of the gameplay experience.
• Ads cannot be disabled except through a valid Ad-Free or Premium subscription.
• Personalized ads may be shown unless opted out under applicable laws.

• The App may display leaderboards by country, age range, or group affiliation.
• Age and location information is optional, but if provided, will be displayed only in aggregated or range format (e.g., "13–17," "Barcelona, Spain").

• We collect gameplay stats, optional profile data, and analytics (via Firebase, AdMob, and similar tools).
• Communications may be delivered through email providers (e.g., SendGrid, or any future provider).
• Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@knowfly.zone.
• Upon deletion, all personal data and progress will be permanently removed within 30 days.

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or permanent access to content.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Local laws may also apply to user eligibility and data rights.
